Packing & Dispatch Times

All orders are prepared in our Melbourne warehouse.

• In-stock items:

  • Orders placed before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) are prepped and packed the same day

  • Orders placed after 12pm are prepped and packed the next business day

  • All in-stock orders ship within 24 hours of being packed

• Pre-order items:

  • Pre-order styles will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse

  • Once the pre-order stock is received and checked in, your order will be dispatched immediately

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier.

Shipping Timeframes

• New Zealand: 2–4 business days

• Australia: 2–5 business days

• North America / Europe / UK: 2–5 business days

Preorders & Split Shipments

If your order contains a preorder item, your full order will ship together once the preorder piece has arrived.

If you prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, simply place separate orders and we’ll ship each parcel as it’s ready.
